The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Tara Trojans (Baton Rouge, LA) and the visiting Kennedy Cougars (New Orleans, LA), saw Tara's baseball team gain a win over Kennedy by a tally of 21-0.

The Trojans (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against False River (New Roads, LA). The Gators enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record. In their last battle, False River Livonia (Livonia, LA), 1-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cougars face the Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 20. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 0-4 record after their 16-1 league loss to Loranger (Loranger, LA).
