February 17, 2025: Watkinsville, GA 30677 The Oconee County Warriors baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting North Oconee Titans to 4 in the Warriors non-league win on Monday.
The Warriors now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Flowery Branch for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 18. Oconee County will play a Falcons team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, North Oconee drops to 2-2 on the year. The Titans host Evans (Evans, GA) to play the Knights in a non-league test on Wednesday, February 19. The Knights go into the test with a record of 0-1. Evans lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Augusta Christian (Martinez, GA)
