February 17, 2025: Elida, NM 88116 Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Elida Tigers (Elida, NM), 84-60 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Cimarron upgrades its record to 17-6 on the year. The Rams host Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM) to face the Trojans in a A District 5 match on Tuesday, February 18. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 4-14. Wagon Mound lost 54-35 in their recent league match against Des Moines (Des Moines, NM)
The Tigers now sport a 9-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gateway Christian for a A District 4 match on Tuesday, February 18. Elida will face a Warriors squad coming off a 62-43 league loss to Melrose (Melrose, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 17-7.
