February 17, 2025: Metairie, LA 70005 The Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns (Metairie, LA) basketball crushed the visiting De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), 83-52 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Cajuns now possess a 22-8 record. They play next when they host Newman for a 2A District 10 bout on Friday, February 21. Metairie Park Country Day will play a Greenies team coming off a 62-42 non-league win over Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA). The Greenies record now stands at 21-5.
With the loss, De La Salle falls to 20-12 on the campaign. The Cavalier host Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to play the Wolves in a 3A District 10 bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 4-20. Livingston Collegiate Academy lost 76-48 in their recent non-league bout against South Plaquemines (Buras, LA)
