Michigan High School Basketball - Detroit International Academy holds off Oakland Christian
February 17, 2025: Detroit, MI 48202 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Detroit International Academy basketball team scored a close 45-43 triumph over the Oakland Christian Lancers.
The (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Austin Catholic (Chesterfield, MI). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 6-12 record. In their last bout, Austin Catholic nudged Merritt Academy (New Haven, MI), 64-36, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Oakland Christian falls to 8-12 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI) to play the Ventures in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Ventures go into the bout with a record of 3-17. Bishop Foley won 41-33 in their recent non-league bout against Greenhills (Ann Arbor, MI)
