Virginia High School Basketball - Hanover overwhelms Richmond City School of the Arts
February 17, 2025: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 The Hanover Hawks basketball team scored 87 points and limited the visiting Richmond City School of the Arts Bulldogs to 41 in the Hawks league triumph on Monday.
The Hawks now have a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Armstrong for a Capital game on Tuesday, February 18. Hanover will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 93-33 league loss to Highland Springs (Highland Springs, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-16.
With the loss, Richmond City School of the Arts falls to 2-17 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Manchester (Midlothian, VA) to confront the Lancers in a Dominion game on Tuesday, February 18. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 14-6. Manchester won 66-46 in their recent league game against Midlothian (Midlothian, VA)
