February 17, 2025: Chase, KS 67524 Pawnee Heights Tigers (Rozel, KS) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Chase Kats (Chase, KS), 52-17 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pawnee Heights advances its record to 5-14 on the year. The Tigers travel to Kiowa County (Greensburg, KS) to face the Mavericks in a Southern Plains-Iroquois match on Friday, February 21. The Mavericks enter the match with a record of 8-10.
The Kats now own a 0-19 record. They put it on the line next when they host Western Plains for a non-league match on Friday, February 21. Chase will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 58-33 non-league win over Natoma (Natoma, KS). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-8.
