The McGregor Bulldogs softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Temple Wildcats to 7 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jarrell for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 19. McGregor will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to McCallum (Austin, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.

The Wildcats (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against MacArthur (San Antonio, TX). The Brahmas go into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, MacArthur got by Cedar Hill (Cedar Hill, TX), 7-4, in a non-league outing.
