In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Quince Orchard Cougars basketball team scored a good 42-30 triumph over the Sherwood Warriors.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 2. Quince Orchard will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 9-3 record after their 63-28 non-league win over Rockville (Rockville, MD).
