California High School Softball - St. Monica bounces Harvard-Westlake
February 18, 2022: Studio City, CA 91604 St. Monica Mariners (Santa Monica, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Mariners now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Montgomery for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. St. Monica will battle a Knights squad coming off a 3-3 non-league Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights record now stands at 0-0.
With the loss, Harvard-Westlake falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Schurr (Montebello, CA) to battle the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Schurr won 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Arroyo (El Monte, CA)
