Mississippi High School Basketball - Northwest Rankin fells Oak Grove
February 18, 2023: Hattiesburg, MS 39402 Northwest Rankin Cougars (Brandon, MS) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Oak Grove Warriors (Hattiesburg, MS), 64-49 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Biloxi Indians (Biloxi, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 25. Northwest Rankin will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 22-2 record after their 68-65 non-league win over Meridian (Meridian, MS).
With the defeat, Oak Grove moves to 5-8 on the year.
