February 18, 2023: Franklin, MA 02038 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Walpole Timberwolves (Walpole, MA) and the host Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA), saw Walpole's basketball squad overcome Franklin by a tally of 58-38.
With the victory, Walpole improves its record to 17-2 on the campaign.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 22. Franklin will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 76-52 non-league win over Chicopee (Chicopee, MA).
