February 18, 2023: Wright, WY 82732 The Upton Bobcats (Upton, WY) basketball nipped the host Wright Panthers (Wright, WY), 44-43 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bobcats (18-1) will now prepare for their test against Guernsey-Sunrise (Guernsey, WY). The Vikings go into the non-league test with a 2-15 record. In their last test, Guernsey-Sunrise was tipped by Rock River (Rock River, WY), 59-12, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 7-15 record. They play next when they travel to Pine Bluffs for a non-league test on Thursday, February 23. Wright will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 51-34 non-league loss to Lingle-Fort Laramie (Lingle, WY). The Hornets record now stands at 10-13.
