February 18, 2023: San Antonio, TX 78224 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Georgetown Eagles (Georgetown, TX) and the host South San Antonio Bobcats (San Antonio, TX), saw Georgetown's softball squad achieve victory over South San Antonio by a count of 12-0.
The Eagles now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Smithson Valley for a non-league match on Monday, February 20. Georgetown will face a Rangers squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, South San Antonio falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Natalia (Natalia, TX) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 21. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 1-2. Natalia lost 6-1 in their recent non-league match against Wagner (San Antonio, TX)
