Michigan High School Basketball - Lakeview thwarts Otsego
February 18, 2025: Battle Creek, MI 49015 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Lakeview Spartans (Battle Creek, MI) and the visiting Otsego Bulldogs (Otsego, MI), observed Lakeview's basketball team knock off Otsego by a score of 69-51.
The Spartans (10-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Battle Creek, MI). The Bearcats come into the Southwestern Michigan - East challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last challenge, Central prevailed over Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI), 49-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Paw Paw Red Wolves (Paw Paw, MI) in a Wolverine B challenge, on Friday, February 21. Otsego will attempt to improve on its 5-14 season record. The Red Wolves come into the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 53-51 non-league win over Portage Northern (Portage, MI).
