Michigan High School Basketball - Boyne Falls trounced by Suttons Bay
February 18, 2025: Suttons Bay, MI 49682 Suttons Bay Norsemen (Suttons Bay, MI) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Boyne Falls Loggers (Boyne Falls, MI), 55-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Suttons Bay advances its record to 2-16 on the year. The Norsemen travel to Onekama (Onekama, MI) to meet the Portagers in a Northwest match on Wednesday, February 19. The Portagers enter the match with a record of 14-4. Onekama won 50-37 in their recent league match against Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI)
The Loggers now own a 0-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mackinaw City for a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. Boyne Falls will meet a Comets squad coming off a 32-22 non-league win over Maplewood Baptist Academy (Kinross, MI). The Comets record now stands at 8-11.
