Michigan High School Basketball - Haslett thwarts East Lansing
February 18, 2025: East Lansing, MI 48823 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Haslett Vikings (Haslett, MI) and the host East Lansing Trojans (East Lansing, MI), observed Haslett's basketball team knock off East Lansing by a score of 62-50.
The Vikings (16-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Eastern (Lansing, MI). The Quakers come into the Capital Area - Red challenge with a 3-14 record. In their last challenge, Eastern prevailed over Phoenix (Kalamazoo, MI), 55-14, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Okemos Wolves (Okemos, MI) in a Capital Area - Blue challenge, on Thursday, February 20. East Lansing will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 44-34 non-league loss to Mason (Mason, MI).
