Indiana High School Basketball - Speedway can't hold off Indianapolis Scecina Memorial

The Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Crusaders basketball team scored 56 points and held the visiting Speedway Sparkplugs to 51 in the Crusaders league triumph on Saturday.

The Crusaders now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beech Grove for a Indiana Crossroads contest on Tuesday, February 22. Indianapolis Scecina Memorial will battle a Hornets team coming off a 72-51 league win over Triton Central (Fairland, IN). The Hornets record now stands at 13-6.

With the defeat, Speedway moves to 5-13 on the year. The Sparkplugs travel to Triton Central (Fairland, IN) to meet the Tigers in a Indiana Crossroads match on Friday, February 25. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 11-10. Triton Central lost 72-51 in their recent league match against Beech Grove (Beech Grove, IN)
