Texas High School Softball - Katy Taylor holds off Boling
February 19, 2022: Katy, TX 77450 Katy Taylor Mustangs (Katy, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Boling Bulldogs (Boling, TX), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Channelview for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. Katy Taylor will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Dayton (Dayton, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Boling falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Industrial (Vanderbilt, TX) to battle the Cobras in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. The Cobras enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. Industrial won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Wharton (Wharton, TX)
