California High School Softball - Gahr bounces St. Anthony
February 19, 2022: Long Beach, CA 90802 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Gahr Gladiators (Cerritos, CA) and the host St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), witnessed Gahr's softball squad prevail over St. Anthony by a count of 12-0.
The Gladiators now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Tesoro for a non-league match on Saturday, February 19. Gahr will face a Titans squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Titans record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, St. Anthony moves to 2-3 on the season. The Saints travel to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA) to face the Matadores in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 23. The Matadores go into the match with a record of 3-2. La Mirada lost 4-2 in their recent non-league match against Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA)
