Texas High School Softball - Madisonville bounces Shepherd
February 19, 2022: Madisonville, TX 77864 Madisonville Mustangs (Madisonville, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Shepherd Pirates (Shepherd, TX), 12-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Onalaska for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 22. Madisonville will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-7 non-league win over Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Shepherd falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Pirates host Onalaska (Onalaska, TX) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 19.
