Louisiana High School Baseball - St. James loses to Plaquemine
February 19, 2024: Plaquemine, LA 70764 Plaquemine Green Devils (Plaquemine, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA), 7-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Plaquemine upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Green Devils host Ascension Catholic (Donaldsonville, LA) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, February 22. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-1. Ascension Catholic lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Amant (St. Amant, LA)
With the defeat, St. James falls to 0-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-0.
