February 19, 2024: Lisbon, OH 44432 David Anderson Blue Devils (Lisbon, OH) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Academy for Urban Scholars Hawks (Youngstown, OH), 91-51 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, David Anderson upgrades its record to 18-3 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH) to play the Clippers in a Eastern Ohio bout on Friday, February 23. The Clippers come into the bout with a record of 16-5. Columbiana won 56-37 in their recent non-league bout against Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH)
Next up, the Hawks play the Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Academy for Urban Scholars will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 8-13 record after their 56-37 non-league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH).
