Georgia High School Soccer - Apalachee knocks off Monroe Area
February 19, 2024: Monroe, GA 30656 Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 21. Apalachee will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Oconee (Bogart, GA).
The Purple Hurricanes now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Social Circle for a non-league challenge on Monday, February 26. Monroe Area will confront a Redskins team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Redskins record now stands at 0-1.
