February 19, 2025: Columbus, GA 31906 The Rutland Hurricanes basketball squad (Macon, GA), was crushed 71-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Carver Tigers (Columbus, GA)
With the victory, Carver advances its record to 25-2 on the year. The Tigers travel to Burke County (Waynesboro, GA) to meet the Bears in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 22. The Bears enter the battle with a record of 16-6. Burke County won 74-69 in their recent non-league battle against Hart County (Hartwell, GA)
The Hurricanes now own a 8-18 record.
