Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Sickles Gryphons (Tampa, FL) and the host Cypress Creek Coyotes (Wesley Chapel, FL), witnessed Sickles's lacrosse squad top Cypress Creek by a score of 16-2.

The Gryphons (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Gators enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Land O' Lakes was overwhelmed by Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL), 19-3, in a league contest.

Next, the Coyotes meet the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes (Palm Harbor, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 21. Cypress Creek will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Hurricanes enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL).
