February 19, 2026: Ore City, TX 75683 The Ore City Rebels baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Pewitt Brahmas to 0 in the Rebels non-league win on Thursday.
The Rebels now hold a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sabine for a non-league test on Saturday, February 21. Ore City will play a Cardinals team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Union Grove (Gladewater, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Pewitt drops to 0-3 on the year. The Brahmas travel to Elysian Fields (Elysian Fields, TX) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Saturday, February 21. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 2-0. Elysian Fields won 11-1 in their recent non-league test against East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX)
