California High School Basketball - Burlingame holds off Hillsdale
February 2, 2022: Burlingame, CA 94010 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) and the visiting Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA), saw Burlingame's basketball squad hold off Hillsdale by a tally of 22-20.
With the victory, Burlingame improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Notre Dame (Belmont, CA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 7. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Notre Dame won 22-16 in their recent league challenge against King's Academy (Sunnyvale, CA)
Next up, the FIGHTING KNIGHTS confront the San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, February 4. Hillsdale will attempt to move on its 9-10 season record. The Bearcats enter the game with a 0-10 record after their 41-12 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
