Iowa High School Basketball - Paton-Churdan overwhelmed by Colo-NESCO
February 2, 2023: Churdan, IA 50050 The Colo-NESCO Royals basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the host Paton-Churdan Rockets to 40 in the Royals non-league victory on Thursday.
The Royals now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Janesville for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Colo-NESCO will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 47-38 league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-8.
The Rockets (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ar-We-Va (Westside, IA). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Ar-We-Va triumphed over Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA), 63-45, in a non-league contest.
