The New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM) varsity basketball team won Thursday's neutral tournament game against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN) by a score of 63-24.

The New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf Trojans to 24 in the Roadrunners non-league victory on Thursday.
The Roadrunners now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metro Deaf for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. New Mexico School for the Deaf will battle a Cheetahs team coming off a 53-29 non-league win over Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN). The Cheetahs record now stands at 1-0.
The Trojans (0-5) will now prepare for their contest against Metro Deaf (St. Paul, MN). The Cheetahs come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Metro Deaf triumphed over Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN), 53-29, in a non-league contest.
