Indiana High School Basketball - New Palestine fells Perry Meridian

New Palestine Dragons (New Palestine, IN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN), 45-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Palestine upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Dragons host Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-7. Guerin Catholic lost 62-54 in their recent non-league bout against North Central (Indianapolis, IN)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Indianapolis Lutheran Saints (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Perry Meridian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 9-6 record after their 56-36 non-league loss to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN).
