The Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH) basketball knocked off the host Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH), 53-34 in Thursday's league test.

The Roughriders (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Bath (Lima, OH). The Wildcats go into the Western Buckeye test with a 17-4 record. In their last test, Bath notched a victory over Wapakoneta (Wapakoneta, OH), 32-21, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Coldwater for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Elida will encounter a Cavaliers squad coming off a 32-26 league win over Marion Local (Maria Stein, OH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-9.
