Arizona High School Basketball - Salpointe Catholic fells Mica Mountain
February 2, 2023: Tucson, AZ 85719 Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ), 61-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Salpointe Catholic upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season.
Next up, the Thunderbolts clash with the Douglas Bulldogs (Douglas, AZ) in a bout, on Friday, February 3. Mica Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 14-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 74-72 league loss to Mica Mountain (Tucson, AZ).
