Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Archbishop Ryan tops La Salle College
February 2, 2024: Philadelphia, PA 19154 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Archbishop Ryan Raiders and Ragdolls (Philadelphia, PA) and the visiting La Salle College Explorers (Wyndmoor, PA), saw Archbishop Ryan's basketball squad knock off La Salle College by a tally of 69-50.
With the victory, Archbishop Ryan improves its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Raiders and Ragdolls host Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA) to play the Eagles in a Philadelphia Catholic challenge on Sunday, February 4. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Conwell-Egan Catholic lost 92-78 in their recent league challenge against Archbishop Wood (Warminster, PA)
Next up, the Explorers play the West Catholic Burrs (Philadelphia, PA) in a Philadelphia Catholic challenge, on Monday, February 5. La Salle College will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Burrs come into the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 71-49 league win over Lansdale Catholic (Lansdale, PA).
