Kansas High School Basketball - Crest nudges Southeast
February 2, 2024: Colony, KS 66015 Crest Lancers (Colony, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Southeast Lancers (Cherokee, KS), 39-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Crest upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Lancers travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, KS) to clash with the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Burlingame won 55-33 in their recent non-league bout against Northern Heights (Allen, KS)
Next up, the Lancers clash with the Yates Center Wildcats (Yates Center, KS) in a Three Rivers bout, on Monday, February 5. Southeast will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-13 record after their 60-25 non-league loss to Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS).
