Missouri High School Basketball - Miller nudges Lockwood
February 2, 2024: Miller, MO 65082 Miller Cardinals (Miller, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lockwood Tigers (Lockwood, MO), 41-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Miller upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Cardinals host Stockton (Stockton, MO) to clash with the Tigers in a Southwest bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Stockton won 58-26 in their recent league bout against Pierce City (Pierce City, MO)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Pleasant Hope Pirates (Pleasant Hope, MO) in a Southwest bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Lockwood will attempt to upgrade on its 14-7 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Dadeville (Dadeville, MO).
