Illinois High School Basketball - Andrew crushes Reavis
February 2, 2024: Tinley Park, IL 60477 Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL), 59-29 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Andrew upgrades its record to 12-13 on the campaign. The Thunderbolts host Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL) to play the Knights in a SouthWest Suburban - Red bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 16-10. Lincoln-Way Central won 44-20 in their recent league bout against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL)
Next up, the Rams play the Oak Lawn Spartans (Oak Lawn, IL) in a South Suburban - Red bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Reavis will attempt to upgrade on its 11-10 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 15-13 record after their 60-46 non-league loss to Sandburg (Orland Park, IL).
