Illinois High School Basketball - Midwest Central/Delavan overwhelmed by Illini Bluffs
February 2, 2024: Glasford, IL 61533 The Illini Bluffs Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Midwest Central/Delavan Raiders to 18 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 24-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eureka for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Illini Bluffs will battle a Hornets team coming off a 43-33 non-league win over Brimfield (Brimfield, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 20-7.
The Raiders (7-20) will now prepare for their contest against Elmwood (Elmwood, IL). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 19-7 record. In their last contest, Elmwood triumphed over Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] (Woodhull, IL), 43-25, in a non-league contest.
