Hawaii High School Soccer - Waiakea held off by Kamehameha Maui
February 2, 2024: Pukalani, HI 96768 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Kamehameha Maui Warriors (Pukalani, HI) and the visiting Waiakea Warriors (Hilo, HI), saw Kamehameha Maui's soccer squad get by Waiakea by a count of 1-0.
The Warriors now hold a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Baldwin for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Kamehameha Maui will meet a Bears squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Hilo (Hilo, HI). The Bears record now stands at 11-6.
With the loss, Waiakea drops to 11-4 on the season.
