New York High School Basketball - Sweet Home holds off Hamburg
February 2, 2024: Hamburg, NY 14075 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY) and the host Hamburg Bulldogs (Hamburg, NY), saw Sweet Home's basketball squad hold off Hamburg by a tally of 52-50.
With the victory, Sweet Home improves its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Panthers host West Seneca West (West Seneca, NY) to confront the Warhawks in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 5. The Warhawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Starpoint Spartans (Lockport, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Hamburg will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
