February 2, 2025: Chicago, IL 60634 The Stagg Chargers basketball squad (Palos Hills, IL), was crushed 67-41 in Sunday's non-league battle with the host St. Patrick Shamrocks (Chicago, IL)
With the victory, St. Patrick advances its record to 17-7 on the year. The Shamrocks travel to Carmel (Mundelein, IL) to meet the Corsairs in a East Suburban Catholic battle on Friday, February 7. The Corsairs enter the battle with a record of 9-15.
The Chargers now own a 0-23 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln-Way East for a SouthWest Suburban battle on Tuesday, February 4. Stagg will meet a Griffins squad coming off a 69-61 non-league win over Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL). The Griffins record now stands at 15-8.
