The Caro Tigers (Caro, MI) basketball nipped the host Kingston Cardinals (Kingston, MI), 52-50 in Monday's non-league test.

The Tigers (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Bad Axe (Bad Axe, MI). The Hatchets go into the Greater Thumb - West test with a 14-4 record.

The Cardinals now own a 15-4 record. They play next when they host Deckerville for a North Central Thumb test on Friday, February 24.
