Indiana High School Basketball - Faith Christian crushes South Newton
February 20, 2023: Kentland, IN 47951 Faith Christian Eagles (Lafayette, IN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host South Newton Rebels (Kentland, IN), 58-30 in a league bout.
With the victory, Faith Christian upgrades its record to 9-13 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to North White (Monon, IN) to play the Vikings in a Midwest bout on Thursday, February 23. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 5-16. North White lost 55-41 in their recent non-league bout against Pioneer (Royal Center, IN)
Next up, the Rebels play the Attica Red Ramblers (Attica, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. South Newton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-20 season record. The Red Ramblers come into the bout with a 0-19 record after their 63-52 non-league loss to Hammond Academy of Science & Tech (Hammond, IN).
