February 20, 2024: Berrien Springs, MI 49103 The Mattawan Wildcats (Mattawan, MI) basketball nipped the host Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI), 61-59 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (13-8) will now prepare for their test against Portage Northern (Portage, MI). The Huskies go into the Southwestern Michigan - West test with a 11-10 record. In their last test, Portage Northern was tipped by St. Joseph (St. Joseph, MI), 51-43, in a league test.
The Shamrocks now own a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Tournament Team for a non-league test on Monday, February 26.
