February 20, 2024: Blue Earth, MN 56013 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Worthington Trojans (Worthington, MN) and the host Blue Earth Buccaneers (Blue Earth, MN), saw Worthington's basketball squad overcome Blue Earth by a tally of 73-56.
With the victory, Worthington improves its record to 13-10 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Redwood Valley (Redwood Falls, MN) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 24. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 21-4. Redwood Valley won 83-72 in their recent non-league challenge against Springfield (Springfield, MN)
Next up, the Buccaneers confront the Waseca Bluejays (Waseca, MN) in a AA Section 2 challenge, on Thursday, February 22. Blue Earth will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 15-9 record after their 62-48 league loss to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN).
