February 20, 2024: Cloquet, MN 55720 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Cloquet Lumberjacks (Cloquet, MN) and the visiting Duluth East Greyhounds (Duluth, MN), saw Cloquet's basketball squad overcome Duluth East by a tally of 73-61.
With the victory, Cloquet improves its record to 15-12 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN) to confront the Thunderhawks in a AAA Section 7 challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Thunderhawks come into the challenge with a record of 9-16. Grand Rapids won 74-62 in their recent non-league challenge against Marshall (Duluth, MN)
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) in a AAAA Section 7 challenge, on Thursday, February 22. Duluth East will attempt to improve on its 7-15 season record. The Bluejackets come into the challenge with a 16-8 record after their 96-75 non-league win over Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN).
