February 20, 2024: Burt Lake, MI 49717 The North Michigan Christian Academy Comets basketball team (Burt Lake, MI), was toppled 61-43 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen (Harbor Springs, MI)
The Swordsmen now possess a 18-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mackinaw City for a Northern Lakes battle on Thursday, February 22. Harbor Light Christian will confront a Comets team coming off a 50-48 non-league win over Posen (Posen, MI). The Comets record now stands at 12-8.
The Comets (7-15) will now prepare for their battle against Alanson (Alanson, MI). The Vikings come into the Northern Lakes battle with a 15-5 record. In their last battle, Alanson beat Maplewood Baptist Academy (Kinross, MI), 64-49, in a non-league battle.
