February 20, 2024: Loogootee, IN 47553 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Loogootee Lions (Loogootee, IN) and the visiting North Posey Vikings (Poseyville, IN), saw Loogootee's basketball squad overcome North Posey by a tally of 51-41.
With the victory, Loogootee improves its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to North Knox (Bicknell, IN) to confront the Warriors in a Blue Chip challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 7-15. North Knox lost 48-33 in their recent league challenge against Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN)
Next up, the Vikings confront the Gibson Southern Titans (Fort Branch, IN) in a Pocket challenge, on Thursday, February 22. North Posey will attempt to improve on its 16-5 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 46-45 non-league win over Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN).
