Georgia High School Baseball - River Ridge prevails Cherokee
February 20, 2025: Woodstock, GA 30188 The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) and the visiting Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA), saw River Ridge's baseball team gain a win over Cherokee by a tally of 13-4.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Blessed Trinity (Roswell, GA). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Blessed Trinity defeated North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 16-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors face the East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 21. Cherokee will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, GA).
