St. John Eagles (Plaquemine, LA) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Family Christian Flames (Baton Rouge, LA), 11-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, St. John advances its record to 1-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to False River (New Roads, LA) to battle the Gators in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Gators come into the match with a record of 0-2. False River lost 15-9 in their recent non-league match against Tara (Baton Rouge, LA)

The Flames now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Iberville for a non-league match on Saturday, February 22.
